On Thursday, August, 23, 2023, former President Donald J. Trump was booked in Fulton County, Georgia on a host of RICO charges brought by tyranny-loving Fulton County District Attorney, Fani Willis. The charges stem from Trump’s questioning of the questionable results of the 2020 presidential election.
To no surprise, the booking photo of Trump’s ominous scowl went viral across social media. While the authoritarian-loving left reveled at the first booking photo of the former president, despite three previous indictments in recent weeks, Trump’s poll numbers are surging and his supporters are using the booking photo as a show of solidarity.
Trump is, once again, monetizing his haters as his campaign fundraising has surged, while also adopting the mug shot as part of his campaign strategy. Not only has the Trump campaign displayed the mugshot the homepage of his campaign website, but they’ve plastered it on campaign merchandise, from t-shirts to coffee mugs.
