According to reporting by ZeroHedge, Ray Epps has now been sentenced to no jail time, just straight probation, a fine and community service.

Of course, this in no way supports the “conspiracy theory” that he was a fed sent there, as an agent provocateur, any more than the fact that the government only brought these wrist-slap charges against him after the videos of him attempting to incite “rally” peaceful protestors to “Go into the Capitol” had been circulating the Internet for 3 years.
